Booking Policy
- Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.
- Full payment equals full confirmation.
- All cancellations must be done in writing.
- High & Mid Season Booking & Payment Policy - A 30% deposit will be required to hold a booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the arrival date, failure to do so will result in the booking being lost.
- Festive Season Booking & Payment Policy - 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Bookings must be a minimum of 7 nights. Full payment is required 45 days prior to the accommodation date. 80% of the total invoice will be charged for any cancellations 14 days or less from the accommodation date.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
- The property manager, caretaker, or any of our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time for inspection or to undertake essential maintenance.
Property Damage/Missing Items
- In making a booking with us, you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage, or damage caused by yourselves or pets and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
- The guests are responsible for any injury, loss of personal belongings/valuables, and damage caused during their stay.
- A security deposit of $100 is required which will be returned within 30 days of the end of your holiday, less cost of damage or breakages.
- The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the guest leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
- Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
- All inventory should remain in the property and should not be removed from the property at any time by the guests.
General Guidelines
- Please do not move any furniture from one room to another.
- Please lock all doors when you leave the property unoccupied.
- Please do not take any bath towels with you to the beach. Use the beach towels provided.
- The guests may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.
- Any temporary outage of electricity, water, internet connection, or TV service will not be compensated.
- Avoid using any sharp objects or glass near the pool or hot tub.
- The safety and security of children are the responsibility of the guests at all times. Please do not leave the children unsupervised.
- Park your vehicles in the designated parking space and please do not block access to other properties.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum especially between 11 pm and 8 am.
Pet-friendly Guidelines
- Marabi Villa is a pet-friendly retreat, we do not charge any pet fee.
- Guests are liable to produce a proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date upon request.
- Guests are responsible for looking after their pets at all times.
- Pets should not be left unattended at any time.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or noise the pets may cause.
- Please do not let pets onto furniture, especially sofas and beds. Charges may apply if damage or soiling is found in any of the rooms upon checkout.
- Guests are responsible for grooming, feeding & cleaning after their pets. Housekeeping will not provide this as an extra service.
- Pets are not allowed to roam around the shared parking area unattended.

No Gatherings or Events Policy
- To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain the integrity of our property, we have established the following policy regarding gatherings and events at our holiday villa:
No Parties or Events - The villa is strictly for the use of registered guests only. Hosting parties, events, or any large gatherings is not permitted.
Smoking Guidelines
- The villa is strictly a non-smoking zone. Kindly adhere to this at all times while visiting or staying at Marabi Villa.
Kindly note that the management reserves the right to change or alter any part of the policy as and when they feel fit to do so.
